So I really don't know comparisons to this product but I am on my 4th bottle and have been consistently happy with the results. I have stronger erections and sex has been more enjoyable. I have a little over an inch in overall length increase that I am very proud of. I haven't noticed any negative side effects. I am finding that things are improving more and more over time. I like this product a lot. This company was slow on my recent order, apparently because it was backordered due to high demand. but they are usually pretty fast. Excellent product though, I highly recommend it.
