(More customer reviews)In almost all cases these products never deliver what they claim. A friend told me about this & Amazon seemed to be best buy & it works great. Do not misuse it but my advice is to try to take it plenty far ahead if possible & do not expect full results if you overload yourself with heavy food consumption. I take ONE on Fri mid-afternoon on empty stomach with big drink of water. That sets me up for an entire weekend because it helps for 3 to 5 days. Seems Sat is about peak & it makes a tremendous difference in helping ED with no side effects for me at all. No headache,no heartburn or anything. Do not eat big meals or get drunk if you plan on haveing real fun. If you take only about 1 a week like I do the price is certainly within reason. Less than $3 each is relatively cheap for what it does. Almost anything else I tried was worthless but this certainly works for me.
