(More customer reviews)I have been using Rogaine for several years. During that time, I have retained most of my hair. However, my hair was starting to get thinner. So, I tried Tricomin shampoo and conditioner for about three month (while still using Rogaine 5%). During that time, nearly all my hair fell out. It seems that the conditioner coated my scalp with a gel-like residue. This gel prevented Rogaine from reaching my scalp. As such, I experience considerable hair loss.
So, I stopped using Tricomin conditioner but continued to use Rogaine. My hair loss stopped and I even started getting new hair growth. As such, I believe this product does not prevent or reverse hair loss. Instead, it does the opposite - it will make your hair fall out. Therefore, I would not recommend this product for treating hair loss.
Additionally, I would not recommend this as a conditioner. It no better at conditioning hair than any store bought conditioner. If you are looking for a great conditioner, get Aussie's 3 minute miracle instead.

(More customer reviews)Okay, like many other men out there I'm also one who is willing to try anything to prevent hair loss. I'm 25 and I've spent thousands of dollars in tring to save my hair line from receding. So, I tried this product and here is what I think about it.
IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE. It's almost impossible to make one small bottle last a month. $90- $100 every three months is quite a hefty price to pay.
THE SMELL : wow ;... it's plain awful. It's not something you should wear or use during the day because the smell is quite noticeable. People will be wondering how long its been since you've washed your hair.
THE WAY IT MAKES YOU HAIR LOOK: Okay here is what I hate most about this product. It does not seem to dry. If you have hair that your normanly combe or style this product will not allow you to do so. It makes you hair look extremely oily and heavy so it's makes your hair look horrible. I could never get my hair to it's normal style, but I decided to use it nights. Well, even after applying it 3-4 hour before going to bed my pillow would turn brown from the product.
this is a horrible product. I hate it completly. Does it work? It didn't work for me. I used it for over 6 months and it's a waste of money.
The way you hair will look while wearing this product will surprise you. If you still want to use it I would use it at night because your hair will look greasy, smelly and plain awaful during the day.

Folligen Hair and Scalp Nutrient Cream Review

(More customer reviews)I guess it doesn't work for everyone but it worked for me. I'm a female with male pattern inherited hair loss. I took before and after photos at 3 months and six months to discern any improvement. It works pretty slowly because hair grows slowly - especially when one has been dealt a bad genetic hair card.
I've now used Folligen cream for 2 years. While I don't have a beautiful thick head of hair, I can style my hair again. Two years ago, I was about ready to start wearing wigs. So I am very pleased with Folligen.
P.S. I tried Minoxidil and all that grew was vellus (peach fuzz) hair which fell out as soon as I stopped. The hair I got with Folligen is normal head hair.
