(More customer reviews)This past week was the second time I have used these Zicam chews when I feel a cold coming on and both times it stopped my symptoms.
The strawberry chews taste pretty good at first (like taffy) but it ends up tasting a little bit like chalk. It was bearable though. The directions on the back actually say to not take it on an empty stomach, and don't eat or drink for 15 minutes afterward so that sucks when you want to wash the taste out of you mouth. But when it comes down to it I would much rather take this for a few days than be sick for a week!

Well, I was skeptical but they really seemed to help my sinuses clear up. They sat in the bathroom cupboard, forgotten most of the time. Then I'd be sick and remember to take them. I eventually used up the bottle and I surprised myself when I thought, "I need more of those chinese medicine pills!" Now I know it seems like hooey and I don't know what's in the pills, but they seem to help when I have a head cold and I haven't grown a third head and contracted a dread disease. There you have it: Gan Mao Ling, helpful for sinus congestion.
