I purchased the book "No more heartburn" stop the pain in 30 days naturally by Sherry Rogers. We are following her advice with a heathier diet (mainly avoid suger and processed foods) and various supplements. At the healthfood store I picked up Alka max for him to try and whenever he feels any heart burn coming on he takes one and the heartburn goes away fast. We are very impressed with the results and my boyfriend has not had to take prilosec for two weeks now and he feels much better.

Liqumins ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops, Low Sodium, 8-Ounce Bottle Review

(More customer reviews)I've been using ConcenTrace mineral drops for about 3 years now and have experienced absolutely no problem with them. The reason I use them is because I have a reverse osmosis water filter under my sink. While this gives really pure water, it also gives really pure water, which isn't good. Water is supposed to have minerals in it. So I use this product to add them back. I just fill a 2 gallon container with purified water, add 2 teaspoons of the mineral drops, stir, and I'm done. Makes it way easy to use the drops.
About the only problem I've ever had is from using too much. Has a laxative effect. :P
