I am not saying that the nutritients in this will not help you grow, but you can get those cheaper elsewheres, and I can assure you that those things alone cannot make you grow. The product is not magical pill, and do not expect miracles from it. I was 5'8'' an year ago, and that was my height since 2008. I thought I stopped growing, but with half an hour of excersice every day combined with 6hours of regular sleep helped me grow 2 inches this year. Now I am 5'10'', and since most male have possibility of growing until the age of 23 I am hoping I will keep on Growing to be at least 6'.
I am not going to say that we can all grow 2 inches per year. But if you are under 23, try to stay in correct posture, excersice for at least 30 minutes a day, and then worry about your diet$nutritients. Growth after age of 16 is dependent on sleep > posture > excercise > diet.
If you want results, don't try to get it through pill a day. enough sleep and adequate amount of excersice is compulsary for your health and growth. I suggest if you are under age of 15, then try this product, but if you are over 16, try to sleep at night and EXCERSICE regularly instead of playing your video games all day and all night.
