(More customer reviews)Have tried this for a couple of weeks with no noticeable relief. I purchased 3 bottles and will continue to take it- to see if I get relief (after taking it for a longer period of time). I take three capsules each morning on a empty stomach with a minimum of 12 oz. of water. I don't have any discomfort or side effects. I tried Insta-flex with no relief and decided to give this a try. I will give an update in another couple weeks.
Update: I am now on the 3rd bottle and I just don't see any change in the way I feel. I still have the same tightness in my joints and the pain associated with it has not decrease.I would loved to have talked to someone at this company to make sure I am not missing out on some special technique, liked taking more than the recommended dosage or more than once a day or something. Well the advertisement was interesting because it got me to try it, but like so many of the other products I've tried this one did not work for me.
