(More customer reviews)On the plus side, Dr. Andrew Weil writes that his choice of chelated form for magnesium supplements is Magnesium Glycinate. I searched around and most health food and nutrition outlets carry KAL and represent the manufacturer (Nutraceutical Corp., Park City, UT) as reputable.
However, the label is misleading! You have to read the part that says "Serving Size 2 Tablets." In a jar of Magnesium Glycinate 400 containing 180 tablets, the tablet size is actually 200mg, so you are getting only 90 doses or "servings" of 400mg of magnesium, not 180 as you might think.
