(More customer reviews)My doctor recommended that I use this a year ago. When I did, I felt like a completely different person when I was done. More energy, and the caffeine and sugar addictions were gone. On the flip side, the first time you use this product, you will be quite ill for the first few days. They say that's the toxins being removed, and probably caffeine withdrawal, too. I spent the first 2 days in bed. No food for days 1 and 2, then very limited choices for days 3 through 7. If you can survive it, it's well worth it. The doctor told me to use it once a year, so this is my second time using it. The side effects weren't nearly as bad this time.
