(More customer reviews)I took this for a month and I felt great. That same month my Doc also switched me nauture throid dessicated thyroid (I was taking armour. I didn't know for sure how much the adrenal supplement was helping so I went off it for a month. I now know it helped me quite a bit and am going to start taking it again. It improved how I felt and my energy levels by about 30%. I also lost more weight when taking it
