(More customer reviews)I've tried all the major brands of protein shakes on the market. There is usually a rule that if they taste good then they aren't very good for you. Likewise the brands that are really good for you (Garden of Life) taste terrible and are really hard to choke down. Jay Robb's Chocolate Whey Protein is the best mix of "good for you" and "tastes good." The whey comes from grass fed, free range cows, and the mix is sweetened with Stevia (which makes it really sweet without any calories and without the harmful side effects of artificial sweeteners). The result is 25g of protein and only 1g of carbs that I actually enjoy drinking every morning.
