(More customer reviews)I've had BPH for about 12 years and have used this tea for probably half that time, and I can tell you that it really works. I've tried many of the health food store saw palmetto based formulas in capsules and also have tried a couple of the well-advertised prostate formulas, and none has worked nearly as well as this tea. I have also completely stopped taking it a few times and after a couple weeks the symptoms come back. Then I start it again and after a week or so I am OK. So I know it makes a big difference. Allows me to sleep completely through the night. Making the tea gets a little old after a while but you can make a week's worth at a time. Some advice - let it steep at least a few hours while its in a closed container that keeps the water hot like a thermos. I usually drink 1 strong cup 4 or 5 days a week and that is enough.
