(More customer reviews)I took 2 tabs per day (the recommended dose) for 6 months, 3 tabs for 3 months and 4 tabs (double the recommended dose) for 2 months. It had no effect whatsoever. I'm switching to lithium aspartate and if that doesn't work either then I will try Trileptal, the anticonvulsant with the fewest side effects.
