None of the typical things made a difference (advil/tylonel, hot pads, etc). I picked this up at the drug store mainly in a desperate attempt to find something that worked.
Doan's did the job. In fact, it worked even better than codeine which only masked the pain. With this my muscles actually began to relax and there were no side effects. Now when I spend the day moving things I pop one of these (two per packet) and it works better than any extra-strength medication.
