It says you may take this during the day for overall good feeling, I did that once and had to go home from work and go to bed. I have a friend who could take this during the day, but not me. This stuff is amazing b/c when I've had sleep problems it's helped me sleep like a baby not and not feel crummy the next day when I wake up. Also, I work out at night, so this is great for recovery while you sleep. I got pretty fit taking this every night.
