My cholesterol index improved dramatically from the year before I started taking it, to the next year when the doctor checked it again! He wanted to know what I had done to change it....I told him Red Yeast Rice or "Choleast" with Q10...from Thorne Research. He said he didn't think that would make a difference...well, I told him I had not changed much else, and he needed to start believing in what he saw in the tests in front of him! I am a medical professional myself, and I can tell you others who have had dramatic improvement in their cholesterol taking this medication!! And I only take one pill a day, others have been taking two...it really works!
