(More customer reviews)Before Zoloft was invented, I took amitriptyline for unipolar depression. Unfortunately, this drug had constipation as a side effect. I found that doctors and nurses wanted you to use something way too violent to the system to handle the problem. So on my own I discovered Swiss Kriss. It solved the problem perfectly. Now my mother-in-law must take coumadin, a blood thinner, and it has the same side effect. She too hated the drugs her doctors wanted her to take to counteract the side effect. I clued her into Swiss Kriss. She has now been using it for years and wouldn't dream of using anything else. We both tried the tablets version of this product and found this version, the flake, to be the better of the two.
