(More customer reviews)I've tried probably a score of sinus nasal sprays and the only one that has ever worked for me, clearing up my congestion and removing secretions and allergens from my poor beleagured nasal passages, is Ayr Allergy & Sinus Hypertonic Saline Nasal Mist. And it is relatively inexpensive compared to others and lasts for a long time. I cannot find it in stores lately and the allergy web sites no longer carry it--probably because they can't make a huge profit on it like they can on other ridiculously expensive nasal sprays. But the other sprays, including the homeopathic ones, help me--if at all--for up to three days and then they no longer do anything. I've used the Ayr Allergy & Sinus Hypertonic Saline Nasal Mist for a few years now and it works every time brilliantly. You go, Ayr!
