I am now in my late 40's and this product has helped with memory and focus since I first started taking it. I experienced no side effects, did not notice improvement in skin. I gave a box to a friends 19 year old son that has ADD and it helped him tremendously. He had taken an exam 3 times and failed. After taking this product for 2 weeks he took the test again and passed with impressive results. There are a lot of products that claim to help with memory and cost significantly more. This product has helped me to feel like I am not losing my mind. I hope that you have the same results.
