I like Oxy Cleanse because it really moved my bowels, didn't cramp my stomach and made me lose 5 inches off my waist. I am skeptical about everything so I wanted to see if it would work for me. The only drawbacks to this product is that the capsules are large, you might hear your bowel rumble, and your movement will be very loose. If you have a set time of the day to have a movement, it is best you take it the night before. There were times I would take it and I would respond a couple of hours later. So it depends on your body. I am actually going to purchase another set of bottles since I will be fasting for the month of Jan. Overall the product is interesting:)
