(More customer reviews)Having taken ambien and not enjoyed the side effects of amnesia and other things this is a blessing! No dragging in the am. You do have to take both capsules and when you get sleepy head to bed, otherwise you can push through it and not attain restful sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone, including my patients.
