At the urging of my doctors, and after communicating directly with the company, I decided to give AVOCA ASU a shot. As it turns out, by following the directions and the suggested plan, I went from barely being able to walk, to being able to jump rope for the first time in 20 years. And this all happened in about 12 weeks time.
This product has in fact changed my life. I am now kickboxing, have been able to shed 40 lbs and am enjoying life instead of sitting stationary in a recliner while I watch life pass me by.
