I'm a singer & teacher & have to avoid post nasal drip, environmental pollution, colds & hot dry air from heating systems in winter. This product helps with all three. It keeps my nasal membranes moist, comfortable, and clear. I use it mostly during the winter when I know I'll be spending time in hot dry air. I use a humidifier every night during the winter when the heat is on, but if I have to spend the night away from home I always take my bottle of Ponaris in case the room is hot & dry.I REALLY REALLY recommend this product.
