(More customer reviews)I've been using Triple Complex Nerve Tonic for years. I suffered from panic attacks quite frequently - to the point that I wouldn't want to leave the house. This stuff doesn't seem to work overnight, but if you take it often enough (I took it everytime I would have to get in the car or felt uneasy - 2 under my tongue), eventually it worked and I was able to go places by myself, which I hadn't been able to do for years. I think it takes a while before the minerals get into your system and your body adjusts back to "normal". I believe the reason for panic attacks is a lack of something (perhaps mineral salts or magnesium) in your body. I don't have problems much anymore. In fact, I only have one panic attack a year now, if that. If I feel a bit of stress or am hesitant about getting in the car or doing something that I'm fearful of, I can take 2 of these and have no problem. Honestly, if you want a stress medicine with no side effects, this is the one for you - as long as you're willing to be patient.
