(More customer reviews)This product works. Follow directions for 2 pills - chewed - for the first few weeks. Then it's one pill and then you can even skip days occasionally. I don't know what's in them but I can sleep with my husband, again, and that's a good thing! Especially helpful in hotel rooms because I can't afford a separate room. He was already tested for sleep apnea and that is not the problem: he just used to snore terribly! Now he doesn't! He gets more rest, too.
