(More customer reviews)I have used Boswellin cream and recommend it for all types of bone pain. You can apply it 3-4 times a day. Recently, I sent a few tubes to an elderly friend who has terrible knee pain and she told me that once she massages it in she gets up to 3 hours of significant pain relief. She said it was the only cream that that worked and it worked and smelled a lot better than BenGay. When I used it I could feel the pain relief almost immediately. With all that said, check with your doctor before using the Boswellin cream because one of the ingredients when taken with some arthritis med can cause some problems - not sure what they are.
It is the only topical solution I have found that really works.
