(More customer reviews)I didn't want to use Lamisil because of the possible side effects, so I had little to lose in trying thymol. I chose thymol because it is the ingredient in Vick's and many people reported good results with Vick's. I've been using thymol for several months and the results so far have been great. My toenail is responding well and looks almost back to normal. Caution: Monitor dosage. I doubled the dosage and within 3 days I was dizzy and nauseous. Herbs are powerful. Now I use one drop every few days and am having no problems.
