(More customer reviews)I have used the lower dose 'Sinupret' for a few years now but eventually ended up taking 2 pills, 3X/day during my really bad sinus infections due to allergies. When they finally started making this double dose pill, I was ecstatic. Not only is it cheaper but I have found that I need to take only one pill per day unless my sinuses start to really clog up, then I take one pill, 3X/day with truly remarkable control of my congestion. With the return of spring and open windows, I revert back to one pill/day. Getting rid of my allergens would of course be the preferred route of treatment but I refuse to get rid of my 14 year old cat so using this small little pill to help me get through life WITH my cat is fantastic. It really does work. I ran out once.....just once....and found out how truly miserable I'd be without it. Believe me, since that day I ran out, I have not forgotten to have on hand and to take this pill a single day. It is just a remarkable combination of very effective herbs with NO side effects. Give it a try......I think you'll find it will help with your sinus congestion too.
