(More customer reviews)I use this product to keep my liver healthy. I am 90 years old and all of our organs slow down as we age. I have no bad side effects, and that is a plus for me, because I do not take a lot of medications well. I am thankful that I don't have to. I eat lots of fruits and veggies every day but I do not eat as much meat as I need to, so am a bit anemic. Not dangerously so, however. I drink a !/2 gallon of 2 percent Lactose free milk a week, and love it.
