This product was recommended by a health practitioner, and I have been taking it for three years. I saw results after the very first time I took the pills, and have had no digestive problems anymore -unless I don't take them-. This product has helped some with the inflammation, but I mainly recommended it to aid in digestion. It is the best medicine I have ever taken to improve digestion, and the only one that produces no side effects whatsoever. I used to buy it at a local nutrition shop, refrigerated, but 60 dollars more expensive than here at Amazon. Highly recommended.
