(More customer reviews)I have been using Arnica to help with bruising and pulled muscles for several years, but was AMAZED! :) when my "mainstream" surgeon highly recommended taking Arnica pills before and after a surgery that I had last year. Naturally, I followed his advice... My surgery was a big one and lasted 9! hours, so I was in rather "rough" shape afterwards... But the speed with which I healed over the next 2 weeks was amazing... several of my doctors commented on it... Obviously, I am not saying that it was ALL due to the Arnica, but I am sure that it played a very big part in the healing time! I HIGHLY recommend Arnica to my friends and family for strained muscles, bruising, injuries and now surgeries!...
