I've been drinking this for eight months now, and I can tell you, it really works! I already had been exercising for a year--some strength training in the morning, some cardio at night, chasing two young kids all day. I started taking this after a couple friends recommended it--one is a classmate and she used it to keep awake during boring lectures, another was my friend who runs marathons and used it to give himself a boost before a run. Both were right. I doubled my aerobic time (cardio kickboxing) within a week, felt better, and it even helped me focus. (I have ADHD) But beware, there is a side effect--if you go off of it, that is. After a week or two off of it, I notice that I feel sluggish, depressed, I drag around. Literally, my metabolism crashes. Its not the caffeine, because I've tried coffee, it doesn't help. I've had both the raspberry and the peach, I have to say I like the peach better, its a milder flavor. I've used it both in hot tea and to make iced tea. It really does work, just make sure you're ready for it!
